1 small piece finely chopped

Green Chillies

Group D
|
Fenugreek powder

1 tea spoon

Kashmiri Chilli powder

1 teaspoon

Red chilly Powder

2 teaspoon

Salt water
|
To taste

Black Pepper Powder

Sugar

½ teaspoon

Preparation
|

Step 1:
Clean fish and cut it into 1 1/2 cm size pieces.Add a pinch of salt and
turmeric powder with little water and make a paste.Rub this paste on to the
fish cuts and keep for half an hour.
Boil some salt in water, get it cooled and keep.

Step 2: Pour
little oil in deep pan heat it and crackle mustard seeds.

Step 3: Add
all ingredients in Group C and fry it until become slightly brown
|
||
Step 4: Mix all
items in the Group D in salt water and add fried fish in it and heat it low
for some minutes.Keep the same for cooling .Once cooled Pour it in air tight
moisture free container for longer time use.
